My shift 2 key for when typing email addresses doesn't work and I can't send
any emails.............Help

- Use the other shift key
- Use the mouse to click Send
- Try a different keyboard
 
I'm trying to type the 'at' sign for email addresses but it keeps coming up
with this symbol ". So I cannot type valid email address therefore cannot
send emails.

Please, when you ask a question, it's very important that you describe the
problem accurately. In your earlier message, you said it didn't work, now
you say you get a quotation mark. They are two very different things.

You're set for the UK keyboard layout. Change to the US layout at Control
Panel | Regional and Language Settings. On the Languages tab, click Details,
then go the Settings tab.
