Can I move my "My Recent Documents" from 'C:\Documents and Settings\Tom' to 'C:\Documents and Settings\Owner'
I intend to delete user TOM and only use OWNER.

You can use tweakUI, which is part of Windows XP Power Toys, to move
Special folders, like My Documents, Document Templates, and so on.
