My pop-up stoppers don't work with these

This brand of pop-up I'm talking about is really pissing
me off. I've been successfully blocking "ordinary"
pop-ups for years with the usual blockers, but these things
are different. They are apparently not associated with any particular
site I'm visiting. It's like they are simply piped in through my ISP
regardless, and I'm getting them a LOT and OFTEN.

They are always the same, with "Messenger Service" written at the top
and they are gray with black letters; and they are usually trying to sell me
larger penises or phony diplomas. But as I'm typing now, I'm getting
a batch of them selling some sort of credit help apparently. Maybe
I'm sounding really stupid or uninformed, and there's a simple solution,
but I'm just not aware of what to do about them.

BTW, I regularly run a spyware-check program, but I doubt this has anthing
to do with spyware... Any assistance greatly appreciated! Thanks.
