"My Pictures " freeziing

Very new to XP (3 weeks). Using digitl film reader,
inserted photos into My Pictures. For last several days,
as soon as enter My Pictures, every thing freezes and the
computer re-boots.

I have no idea.
 
Usually due to your video display. You need to go to the Internet site of
the manufacturer of your video (graphic) display card and update the driver
to the latest version compatible with XP.

Deanne, I'm having the same problem, I open up "my
Click to expand...
Pictures" folder it stops responding and my puter restarts
automatically every time. If I find anything out I'll Come
back and let you know. I have an article posted on same
site as you but 11/4/03, Good Luck, Larry
