my pictures email program

I use Outlook for all of my email but everytime I try to email from My
Pictures it uses OE. I can't find a way to unintstall OE so how do I get My
Pictures to use Outlook to email my pictures?

If you go to control panel | mail, programs, what is set as your default
mail app? If it's already Outlook, reset it to OE, apply, and change it back
to Outlook.

Do not uninstall Outlook Express. Outlook will not function properly without
it.
