My pectures Missing from My Documents

The file listing, MY PICTURES, is missing from the
group,MY VIDEOS,MY MUSIC, etc.normally grouped together
in My Documents folder.
Even though I put a My Pictures shortcut in the My
Documents file, it dows not appear whin using Windows
Explorer, which gives problen when seaching from some
phoo editiing prgrams.
(ie CAMEDIA)
Any help would be appreciated.Thamks.

Did you move or delete your My Pictures folder?

If it was deleted you can create a new one. Just open
your My Documents folder and go to...File / New /
Folder...name it My Pictures.

A shortcut indicates that you have your My Pictures folder
somewhere on your hard drive...why not simply move it
back into My Documents?
