My PC Keeps Waking

My PC is set to go into standby and later hibernate but it keeps waking. The
WOL is disabled in the BIOS but is there a box in network configuration I
have to disable.

This may not even be the problem, I have covered my optical mouse but that
didn't fix it.

It wakes up about every 15 mins, any ideas? I can't be the only one with
this problem.

start>run and type

devmgmt.msc

Double-click Network Adapter>Select your Adapter>Power
Management>Uncheck"Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby"
