My PC is not reading my flash drive

My PC has stopped reading my Cruzer flash drive. How can I get the PC
to read the drive again?

Does it work in a different machine ?
If so, go to Device Manager and delete all of your USB controllers,
reboot and try it again.

Better find out why. Start by testing the Cruzer flash drive
in another computer. If it tests OK, then determine why the
flash drive reader is not reading the flash drive.

Did you disable autoplay for that drive letter? Flash drives require
autoplay to be enabled. TweakUI gives you control over what drives have
autoplay enabled.
