my pc and pocket pc calanders sync with 1 hour transposition.

There is always a one hour time transposition between my outlook calander on
my pc and on my pocket PC when they synchronise. Is there an upgrade or fix
for this problem?

Check the timezone setting on both hosts and whether or not daylight
savings is enabled.
