I intalled Office 97 and after it was completed, I noticed that the Outlook
that I used to have (which I would hotsync with my pocket pc) was replaced
with something called Outlook exchange! When I clicked on any of the office
products, all of them said they were not properly installed so I uninstalled
everything. Now the outlook exchange remains and I cannot find my original
Outlook! I think I had Outlook 2003, I'm not sure, it came with my Dell
Pocket PC and I have no idea where the disc is. Is there somewhere I can go
to download my old Outlook? Thank you!!!!!

Go to the client's Help menu - what version is listed in Help, About?

If you want to go back to Outlook 97, reinstall Office 97. You probably
should go to Add/Remove programs and remove the program named in Help,
about.

If you want to use the program that came with the PPC, you'll need to find
the CD or call Dell and see if they will send a replacement (probably not).
Otherwise, you'll need to use Outlook 97 to sync with the PPC.
