My Outlook 2003 won't open

For some obscene reason, I am being asked to reload Outlook 2003. However it
appears that I would be starting from scratch. Does this mean that I lost all
of my folder and address book info?

No, info is retained in *.pst files(s) these are not deleted by the
uninstall / reinstall of OL.
Allthough in certain circumstances the origonal pst may not be found by the
installation
