Hi, this is hopefully a real easy thing to sort out, but im not good with
computers so here goes:

since yesterday any new windows that appear in internet explorer (i.e. when
i open a new link), are really small and dont fill the screen like thy used
to. This means i have to maximise them every time. its really annoying me
now!!! Is there a way to change it back so that new windows do fill the
entire screen???

Any help appreciated!! J

Open one window in IE. Use the arrow keys to drag the window as large
as you want it, then close it by clicking File | close.

The "X" at the top right hand side of the window will also work instead of
File/Close.

The theory is that a new window will open at the same size as the last one
to be closed. Are you saying this doesn't happen for you?

If need be, the OP can do this:
Right-click on the Internet Explorer icon.
Select Properties.
