Anyone and everyone, please help. Ever since I got a new
hard drive (and my old became a storage drive), I've been
getting a message saying "Your Microsoft Exchange Server
is unavailable." This happens each and every time I
attempt to open Outlook.

A poster here tried to help me. The last tip that I got
was to create a new, mail profile under the control
panel. Unfortunately, that was to no avail.

I would really appreciate any and all suggestions.
Moreover, I'd be really grateful if I got a defintive
resolution.

Do you connection to an exchange server? If not, open your profile (tools,
accounts or tools, services) and delete the exchange server account from
your profile.

Thanks, Diane. All systems are now go. You rock!
Thanks to you too, Lanwench (if you're reading this) for
your past feedback.

I'm having the same problem and would like to try the solution posted b
Diane. However, how do I get to my "Profile" to do it? I can't eve
access Outlook to click on Tools on Outlook, b/c I can't retry, or wor
offline. Is it from the Tools on Outlook that I would access profile o
is there anyway to get to my profile to delete exchange server an
other way? I'd really appreciate it. I just purchased Office 200
mainly to use Outlook with a PalmE, but they are all useless if I can'
get past step one.
Any help appreciated
