My message sent states my name not the name I am sending to?

I am using Microsoft 2007 the messages I have sent have my name sent to not
the person I am sending it to. Where do I go to fix this?
 
Outlook allows you to pick and choose which fields are displayed in the
explorer. In your case, the FROM field is displayed but you're looking for
the TO file. (See the very top of the Explorer, you'll see the field names
at the top).

To change fields, scroll to the bottom of the items in the folder and right
click anywhere below the last item. This should give you a popup menu with
the option 'Show Fields'. The list on the right will display fields commonly
used that are NOT displayed, the right list will display thost currently
displayed.

Change the view to Messages instead of "Sent To".
