My mail disappear

Why sometime my message in some folder in the mailbox, just lost and never
recover back again anymore.
There is no sign, it just disappear without any warning or erroe note.!!!
It is happen 3 times already.

Antivirus software could be deleting the messages. Also make sure you have
the folder set to View | Current View | Show all messages.

Open the affected folder/s>view>current view>select show all messages.
