my lil sis did it, how do i undo it????

when I try to use windows mail. the host cant b found. sis tried to send an
email out when I first got my laptop. How do I change configuration

Please copy and paste any error messages that WM provides when you try to
send mail.
Also tell who your mail provider or ISP is. Do not edit the error message
please.
