My IE explorer

I go into some pages and it creates a new window and it pops up as a Runtime Error! Abnormal Program termination. It just gets so frustrating, can you help me???

Runtime Library Microsoft Visual C++, Runtime Error Program
C:\Windows\Explorer.exe or Iexplore.exe, abnormal program termination.

also make sure you don't have both the Sun JRE and the Microsoft VM JIT
compiler enabled.
