my hard drive

Clear Daythe BIOS of my dell optiplex gx1 don't recognize my hard drive .
How can i fix this ? I 'm from Romania .
 
If it's not recognized in the BIOS then it's either not connected correctly
(check 80 wire cable), not powered up (check power connection) not jumpered
correctly (check jumpers at rear of drive) or totally dead.
