my emails have no content

I just upgraded to Office 2007. After reading through the community for ideas
of not being able to see the content of certain emails received (I can only
assume they are in html format).
I disabled the AVG email plug-in and that did not change a thing. I still
cannot read the content of certain (wanted) emails. Any ideas, help, or
suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much in advance and may
the Lord richly bless each of you.
 
Hi Mike, OpryJD here. When I posted this comment that you responded to I had
disabled the avg email plug in which at the time did not change anything.
However, after rebooting my computer (which I should have done to start with)
it appears now that the emails have content. So at this point I'm 99.9% sure
that by disabling the avg email plug in did indeed fix this issue. Hope this
