Hi

It means that the folder is read only - and cannot be deleted without a 'tweak'. The files in that folder are not read only.

the green in the read-only box means Read-only attribute
will prevent anyone from changing the file. They will be
able to read the file, but not save any changes.

The checkmark indicates that it is Read only. The box is
unchecked and green. I am able to save changes to any
files. What's up with the green? What does it do - if
anything?
