Yes.
You need to make a small change to the short cut properties.
Right click the Windows Explorer shortcut icon and select properties.
On the Target line put a space after what's entered and copy/paste the
following:
/n,/e,C:\
That will open Windows Explorer with C: drive like it use to in previous
Windows versions (they started that with Win2K for some reason, i guess C:
drive was too convenient).
If you wish it to open W.E. to a different default drive (some have
Windows
installed on D: and up), just replace the C with the other drive letter.
You can create drive shortcuts that way. Just copy the W.E. shortcut and
change the drive letter.
