My Documents have Left the Country

MICROSOFT

All of a sudden, after a couple of years of use, Word now sets all of my
documents to Italian. The spellcheck and grammer tools no longer work.
Windows XP has only English enabled and none of the foreign dictionaries for
Word are installed.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this nonsense? Thanks!
 
L'italiano imparante non è così cosa difettosa da fare. Almeno allora potete
giurare al governo con meno timore dell'arresto.
