My Documents Folder

In my environment the My Documents folder is sychronized to a network share.
This is fine on the users PC's, but on Servers (2000 & 2003) and certain
application PC (XP SP2), I want to stop this from happening.
How can I set up a GPO on these machines to not allow My Documents to
sychronize??

When you choose sychronising you can uncheck My Docs from the list. Just go
in & edit it
 
Do I uncheck on each Server\PC that I do not want to sychronize the My
Documents?
Is there anything in a users profile that I would have to check?
