My Documents folder problem

Hi All
All of a sudden I have 132 files showing up in My Documents folder which I
never put there. Normally I just add photos. Also, can stupidly playing
around with the recovery console cause this. Appreciate any help to possibly
reverse this problem.

What are the files, are they creating problems for you other than you
not knowing how they got there.
