"My Documents" Folder loads with windows

The "my Documents" folder loads when I log into windows.
It is not in the startup group. I know there is a
registry that has a duplicate entry but cannot remember
where that key is.

I've just installed SP2 and I now have this same problem.
What has transpired? What do you do with the cmd.exe?
