My Docs Open

Using Win XP Home. When computer has finished booting, it opens up with My
Documents folder open. It used to open up with the Desktop. Why?
I have tried applying usinit.reg and also xp_mydocsopens.vbs (both run from
Safe Mode) and nothing has changed. :( What now?

If you have not done so already, check Kelly's link, below. Click on "M"
and scroll to "My Documents Folder - Opens Upon Boot."
 
Thanks Dev and Will - but the reg entry you suggested I have already tried
without success (but for good measure I downloaded and tried it again),
still without success!

I am happy to do a reg edit, if someone can tell me what and where to do it
.. :)
