My Distribution Lists Aren't Working

I type them into Outlook, and when I hit send, I get a dialog box asking me
to check names with (No Suggestions) and the the buttons SHOW MORE NAMES, NEW
CONTACT and CANCEL.

I used to be able to do this, but then upgraded my laptop.. everything else
in Outlook has been working fine.
 
This means it can't find the Distribution List you typed. Select it instead
of typing it manually by pressing the To: button.
