I wanna make a database to but my recepies into it. I have weel over 100
recepies, and all of they have are names and telephone.

I wanaa bring into the talbes more recepies to put ingredience in it. I have
over 100 recepies and want to put the information itno it.

I can keep a list of people email addresses if I wnat. I can send email to
them wehn the recepie is full. I can rite them a message saying them for the
phone number. With Microsoft Access and Email, I can tell my people to make
their recepies inside of the emails. The put ingredience inside the emails.

The also have to use the MIcrosoft Accesss databases into their emails.

So, I thing we can start typing into the information that is inside of the
talbes. And then I will emails with it. Can I do it after I put in the
ingredience, or shuld I wait untie the emails send them to it?

Dell,

In one of your MANY postings John Vinson answered the first part of your
question. As for sending it out to eMail... Unless you have Visual Studio
Tools for Office or ODE (I don't know what version of Access you have, ever
since my daughter grew-up and moved out I have lost my ESP ability) you do
not have a license to distribute MS Access databases, UNLESS all the people
you are eMailing have a licensed copy of Access. I'm not sure I understand
why you need to store the phone numbers if you are eMailing the database but
then it's not my database.

Also, it is rude to post this same question all over the place. (Please
refer to: http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm ) Everyone here is a
voulenteer and does not get paid. When they have time they will attempt to
answer your question, it's not reasonable to have them hunting your many
questions down to post an answer to each one.

Picking a minor nit, you can distribute Access _databases_ that you
have written as widely as you like. However, the people you distribute
them to will not generally be able to do anything useful with them
unless they have a working version of the Access _program_ on their
system. It is the right to distribute a run-time version of the latter
that purchasing VS Tools (or the earlier Developers' Toolkit) gives
you.
