My Cookies Have Disappeared

No, not really, but I'm not able to locate them. I type "Cookies" and
"Cookie" into the "Search" and it doesn't produce any results. I never used
to have this problem but now I'm looking for a way to access them and
possibly some ideas on why this might be occurring.
