Click on the start button in the bottom lefthand corner, then right click on
all programs and select properties.
Then click on the customize button and the option Computer will be at the
top, select how you wish to see it either as a button or a menu and click ok
and ok again
Control Panel>Display>Desktop tab>Customize button. Put checks in all the
items you wish to appear on the Desktop. If the checks are already there,
uncheck and then check them again. Apply/OK out. If this doesn't work, scan
for viruses and malware.
