My computer wont let me go onto Ebay??

I can browse every other website but Ebay. As soon as it loads after a few
seconds I get a message saying 'Cannot find page". I have never had a
problem with it in the past but now I do. HELP!

Every other website? What about those beginning "https"?
 
Your computer has examined your bank acccount, and determined you have no
money to bid with, so it's protecting you.

You say "as soon as it loads..." so are you getting something at all? Are
you going to the top level of ebay or clicking a link to some particular
auction?

More details needed
