My computer starts sending out an annoying sound

After installing xp pro i've got a annoying sound from my
computer. I think that it is from the processor.
Any idea how to fix this terrible sound?

Ps.
I had the same problem before but somehow I managed to
fix it, and i dont know how i fixed it :S

- Check your CPU fan
- Check your power supply fan
- Check your case fan
- Make sure nothing vibrates or rattles
- Start making notes of how you solve problems, for future
reference (I'm not kidding - I have a file that includes hundreds
of computer tips!)
