My computer running very slow. And do you have any good methods to slove this
problems? Please more detail.

If you have not made any changes to the system that could have caused that,
run spyware and virus scanners to make sure that malware isn't to blame. Make
sure that the scanners are updated with the latest updates

If you made any changes to the system, try reversing them - if necessary by
doing it in Safe Mode, which you can access by pressing the F8 key at startup
before Windows loads.

You've provide no details and no information to hekp anyone diagnose your
problem. But as a first step in troubleshooting, make sure your computer is
free of viruses, spyware etc. Run an up-to-date virus checker and at least
two up-to-date anti-spyware programs.
