I don't know what is remote procedure call.
When I connect to the internet and when I chat or check
my email. It say that the remote procedure call (RPC)
service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time
(s). the following corrective action will be taken in
60000 milliseconds: Reboot the machine. and it restart by
themself. ( It happen many times). The source come from
Service Control Manager.
Can you solve my problem because I don't know who to ask,
please. Thank you. And this is the first time I have a
computer and it can connect to the internet. i don't have
any experience before with a computer at home before.

I work for a university and we had this happen about a
month or so ago with a lot of our computers. The cause was
the blaster worm virus.

Amanda;
You most likely have a worm W32.Blaster.Worm
DISCONNECT the subject computer from any network IMMEDIATELY.

If necessary to stop the reboot process:
Start/Run
Type "shutdown -a" ENTER

Install or enable a firewall IMMEDIATELY, before connecting to the
internet:

VERY IMPORTANT to follow ALL steps, closing ports or installing the
patch is NOT enough.
Download the patch and regedit referenced in the article below.
You may need to do this at an uninfected computer and burn to CD or
save on floppies.
Each file is small enough to fit on a floppy.

Follow this to clean and protect your computer:

After this is resolved prevent similar occurrences by installing ALL
Critical Updates from Windows Update.
Keep antivirus up to date and run at least weekly.
Install or enable a firewall.
