My Computer opens at startup

Everytime XP Pro starts up "My Computer" opens. If it is
closed at shut down it opens again when restarted. I can't
figure why???

There are no disks or CDs in the drives. The computer has
the following drives: 3.5" Floppy, 40gb IDE, ZIP 250 IDE,
CDRW IDE, DVD IDE, Universal Memory card reader internal
USB.

I've seen this a lot on WinNT systems. Usually it was something in the
registry in the Windows/Current Version/Run key that referenced
'explorer'.
