My computer just won't start.

When I on my computer, the HDD light stay on and it is not blinking. But the
power light blinking non-stop and very fast. What has gone wrong with it?
 
Check the cooling fan on the CPU it may need replacement and causing it
to overheat. If you put your ear on the case you can hear if it is running.

- Did you add any hardware or worked on your computer lately? -> remove de
latest device
- Start with discinnecting the power plugs to all the devices and check if
PoweSupply is OK, if not: PowerSupply broken?
--If ok, add one device after another, applying power each time. You should
find out the problem devive ;
Start with motherboard ( eventually w/h CPU and memory)
Add Video & Sound card ( if extern)
Add floppy
Add HD, CD etc
