However, everytime i plug in my pocket pC , and the system tells me
that USB Device Not Recognized. How to resolve this ahhh?
btw, i ;ve followed the following instructions
1) uninstall the "Unknown Device"
2) uninstall the "ActiveSync"
3) Unplug everything (USB)
4) restart pc
5 ) install the ActiveSync again
6) plug in the cradle

I don't know to be honest but in between 5 and 6 try a restart. In other
words install the software at step 5 from the CD. Reboot. Plug in the
hardware. Try that. I have a funky USB camera that will NOT install via any
other method and the same might apply to you. In fact, here's an oddity, if
I install it without rebooting then I'm required to remove the drivers, the
software, and the USB drivers themselves and perform the process as
mentioned or it will never work.
