This group is specifically for questions about Microsoft Access.
As you posted to a Microsoft group, can we assume you are using Windows and not Linux or an Apple?
For windows questions, post to one of the many, many Windows groups.
Windows XP all start with microsoft.public.windowsxp
Windows 2000 all start with microsoft.public.win2000
Windows ME all start with microsoft.public.windowsme
Windows 98 all start with microsoft.public.win98
And if it's an actual computer problem, you need to go the computer manufacture's newsgroup or back to the store you purchased your
computer from.
