My Computer - File Names In Different Colours

Can anyone explain why in My Computer or Explorer when I display a list of
files in a folder that some of them appear in black text and others appear in
blue text.
The file proprties are the same, the security settings are the same, teh
last used dates are random. Why !

Windows clean up automatically compresses files not used for some time and indicates this by
changing the file name color to blue. If you right click on the file, choose properties, then the
Advanced button you have the option to uncompress the file.

*If* you choose that option. There's a check box to turn it on or off.
