My Computer can't find my 2nd Drive...

.... although device manager says everything is operating properly. I did just reformat. Help!
 
Go to Control Panel>AdminTools>Computer Manage>Disk Manage>See if your
drive shows up there.
If yes then rt click and assign a drive letter to initialize it.

Rich--your input got me close--my problem is with a cell phone that includes
Walkman-like capabilities (SonyEriccson 800i), When I plugged in the USB
cable, Windows installed drivers for the data modem, OBEX interface, Device
manager, and the USB memory device. I find the USB memory (stick) device in
device manager and in removable storage media; but I can't assign a drive
name to it and can't "see it" in my computer. How can I move files back and
forth to this device
