My computer Automaticly shuts down

I resicve a message that tells me i have 90 secs to save
all my unsaved files, and that my computer will restart.
This happens frequintly, about once ever two hours at
least. Have any solutions?

have ideas?I have 1 solution for you jesse. You can make your
computer restore back a couple weeks ago and maybe it
will delete he problem. So far it has worked for me (1o
minutes)
