My CDRW isnt working

For some reason my CDRWQ isnt working. And I get this
message in the device manager area. "Windows cannot start
this hardware device because its configuration
information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.
(Code 19)" Can ANYONE help me??

Thank you for referring to the page. But the site has been rearranged
and I don't think that will work - .htm extensions are catered for, but
not .php which we are asked by the owner (Jim Eshelman) *not* to use.
