I noticed a message from outlook in the task bar that said " cannot find
calender folder" the folder is everywhere except the folder list? But I
cannot make it visible? I have reloaded and also done a fix and repair on
office 2003 professional but it didnt solve the problem! The calender still
appears in the toolbar and the Navigation pane! could not find anything in
microsoft help site! I also tried Copying the Calender in the list in a
different spot but nothing showed even with a different name?

has anyone heard of this before i have to spend the bucks and make gates
richer!

Is it virus related? using norton 2005 nothing shows up

What mail account type do you use? If you click the Calendar button (or
press Ctrl+2) what do you see on the screen? Do you see it in the list if
you press Ctrl+6?

I use a pop3 account "(e-mail address removed)"

CRT 2 brings up the calender and calender dailey page
CRT 6 Brings up Folder list and yes Calender is there!

tried copying the calender in the list and moving in different locations, it
does copy and you can create different named ones but they are only visible
when you CRTL 6 so it has has just vanished when you view "All Mail Folders"
not even sure when this happened? so basically even if you creat or copy! no
calender is visible in the "All Mail Folders" only when you click on the the
navigation pane or CRTL 6 Folders? good one ha? usually deleted
items,Drafts, inbox, junk mail, outbox and calenders are defaulted in the main
list to appear?

thanks for your help Diane

Ok... all mail folders is just that - only all mail folders. Calendar
folders will only be on the calendar pane and the folder list pane (Ctrl + 2
or 6). New folders should be added to the calendar pane - if not, go to the
folder list and right click on the new folder and choose add to my
calendars. The folder list view is the same as default view from older
versions and will show all folders.

(Note that the above applies to all special outlook folder types, not just
calendar. only the keyboard short cut is different. :))
