My calander keeps disconnecting when I go to mail areal

I upgraded Outlook on my computer at the office and ever since my company and
personal calanders do not stay connected to the server. If I go to mail and
then back to the calanders I have to then select company calander to see
everything. The personal calander doesn't even work until the company
calander is selected and starts displaying everythinng.
 
My PC has XP with Outlook 2003 on it. The server OS is 2000 Advanced Server
with with Outlook version 5.5 Service pack 4
