My Briefcase

How can I make My Briefcase and other programs always open in the full window view? I have used folder options, I have stretched the window to full window, I can't think of anything else to do. Everything opens in the minimized window. Any ideas>?????

Use the double arrows to stretch, then use File/Exit or Close.
