My bottom tray suddenly appeared on the right side of my display!

If you mean the Taskbar...

Right click the taskbar, then click to clear the Lock Taskbar option.

Left click, in the middle of the Taskbar, hold down the button and drag the
Taskbar down to the bottom.

Right click the taskbar, then click Lock the Taskbar.

Now it can't be moved or resized unless the Lock Taskbar option is cleared
again.

Hey King,

Sounds like you moved your taskbar to the side accidentally. Try clicking
and holding the mouse button down on an empty area on your taskbar and
dragging it back to the bottom. If it won't let you drag then try right
clicking the taskbar and deselect the "Lock the Taskbar" option, then try
dragging again.
