My beta software has expired how can i upgrade via the net?

Please help me to upgrade my beta software.....I cannot type any word
documents ......can only send items via internet. I am sure thise query can
be solved quite easily but sine I am new to the world of pc and now have a
spanish keyboard i am struggling.......

Appreciate all your help......
