My "Attach as pdf" toolbar has disappeared. How do I get it back?

This is very useful as I send a lot of quotes, written in Excel. The quickest
way of sending as a pdf is to do it in the email message. Without the
toolbar, I can't.
 
What version ouf Outlook are you using? The add-in that produces the toolbar
may have been disabled...
