MY ACCOUNT GOT DELETED---> can i still save files?? HELP!!!

HI my account got deleted by sum kind of virus or sumthing...it was the only
account on the computer!!! is there ANY ANY ANYway i can get the data n files
from the account back?? because they were REALLY important!!!!

help me please!!!
