Headtheball

I am now at my wits end. I have posted this problem so many times and have
still not had a resolve.
I have two accounts in outlook 2003, one for business and one for personal
mail. Originally I had both accounts under one profile so that when I
clicked send/receive all, I would get the mail delivered from both accounts.
Then I had to do a complete reinstallation of windows xp and office 2003
pro. I set up my profile as before with both accounts in the same profile
and that is when I started to get the problem, everytime I start outlook and
click send /receive I get a pop up window saying that I havent saved my
password , check here to save password.
I tried all of the fixes that I had received from the Newsgroups but still
no joy. To be honest with you I don't fully understand the jargon, I
understand the part go to protected storage system provider then copy the
key (this I did and saved it to my desktop) check permissions (this I did)
In advanced of the user settings make sure that the 'Inherit from Parent'
box is checked. Then go to the subkey which is a great string of numbers and
delete it. That is where the problem occurs, it wont delete.

I then thought that I would try creating two profiles each one having only
one of the accounts in each, this didn't work either. One of the accounts
does and one doesn't. There is no rhyme or reason as to which one is causing
the problem because when they were both in the same profile it was the
business account that was causing the problem and now they are apart it is
the personal mail that is causing the problem.

If anyone has a fix please help me out and Please explain it in Laymans
terms, I am now getting desperate.
